Cognitive Wellness Programme

Seniors singing and playing tambourines in a group music therapy circle at MS Care

MS Care — a brand under MS Academy — runs a structured 3-hour Cognitive Wellness Programme for seniors living with, or at risk of, mild cognitive impairment, including dementia. Each session moves through three intentional hours built on the Move · Think · Connect™ framework, ending with a group music therapy session facilitated by a trained music therapist.

Sessions support cognitive maintenance, emotional wellness, social interaction and quality of life in a warm, person-centred environment. Caregivers are supported along the way too, with education, practical strategies and regular check-ins.

  • Connect

Group music therapy — therapeutic singing, familiar songs and group music-making that nurture joy and connection.
