About the programme
Designed for learners with special needs aged 7 to 15, this programme uses handbells and handchimes to teach playing, listening and turn-taking. Each member is responsible for their own notes, ringing them at just the right moment so the group builds a melody together.
Because every part matters, handbells teach concentration, coordination and a strong sense of belonging. Sessions are guided step by step by trainers experienced in special-needs music education, in a calm, supportive setting at our Enabling Village studios.
