Project InteGr8

Project InteGr8 is Music Solutions' flagship initiative, reimagining pathways to employment for persons with disabilities through arts education in music and media. It offers structured support, industry partnerships and a genuine commitment to accessibility — creating opportunities that honour each participant's abilities while meeting real workplace demands.

The programme bridges the gap between education and employment. Alongside technical and creative skills, participants build the confidence and soft skills that matter for long-term careers, supported by partners who open doors to real work placements.

Three pathways

Ways to grow

Performance

The Performance pathway develops trainees as musicians and performers — building instrumental and vocal skill, stagecraft and the confidence to play for live audiences. It gives participants genuine opportunities to perform in public and to grow as artists in an inclusive, supportive setting.

Creative

The Creative pathway explores songwriting, music production and media, helping trainees express their ideas and shape original work. Participants learn to compose, record and create content, developing skills that translate into roles across the creative industries.

Technical

The Technical pathway trains participants in the practical crafts behind music — instrument setup, maintenance and repair for guitars, drums, violins and pianos, alongside sound management and troubleshooting. As the appointed Authorised Training Centre in Singapore for the Apex Piano Technician Network, InteGr8 equips trainees with recognised, employable technical skills.

Workplace Integration Model

Unlike standard training, Project InteGr8's Vocational Training includes the Workplace Integration Model — a structured pathway designed to ease persons with disabilities into real-world work environments.

The model provides ongoing support, coaching and opportunities for skill reinforcement, helping participants move from training to meaningful employment with confidence. Partnerships with industry leaders — including City Music Singapore, Music Elements and Music Connoisseur Singapore — give trainees direct exposure to professional practice and open doors to genuine job placements.

The SG60 Commemorative Guitar

The handcrafted SG60 Commemorative Guitar built by Project InteGr8 trainees

The SG60 Commemorative Guitar showcases the technical craftsmanship and meticulous skill developed through Project InteGr8. Built by our students, the guitar marks Singapore's 60 years of independence and Enabling Village's 10th anniversary — a celebration of the precision work that our trainees bring to highly technical roles within the music industry.

The guitar was presented to Prime Minister Mr Lawrence Wong at the opening of Vista on 5 December 2025 and gifted to SG Enable.
